Awesome experience the cake ordered was fantastic ... totally communication was telephone but they understood the idea so well and perfectly presented.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's Birthday and the cake was awful. We were extremely disappointed with the cake. It was undercooked and terribly sweet. The quality of the cake was so bad that no one could have it. I complaint against this issue but they didn't do anything for this. They don't think about their reputation.
