• Their service, taste, design, presentation, delivery everything is impeccable • I had ordered some customized cupcakes for my friend on his new job • They designed the cupcakes just as I wanted and even exceeded my expectations • I ordered chocolate cupcakes with caramel frosting and rainbow cupcakes (which was their own recommendation, it looks absolutely beautiful; you just cannot resist) • The packaging was very cute and simple as I wanted to give it as a gift • The delivery was timely and the cakes were intact and perfectly in shape when received • They respond very quickly, are very friendly, and will accommodate to all your needs promptly. I do not reside in Bangalore, hence all my needs were communicated through messages only, and I got just what I wanted very conveniently. • Coming to the taste, it was absolutely delicious, both the chocolate and rainbow cupcakes were perfect in taste; super soft and with the right amount of sweetness in the frosting • All in all, I’d definitely recommend ordering from here.

I recently ordered a fondant cake for my mom's B'day (15th Jan'24). I categorically requested for a vanilla/butterscotch flavor but we received dark chocolate cake...my mom doesn't like the chocolate flavor at all and that ruined the birthday experience. This was a wrong delivery despite repeated reminders. To make it worse the delivery person asked for money Rs 650 for the gift delivery charges from my mom when i had clearly instructed that i will pay same as its a gift. Even while purchasing the person taking order kept pushing for a larger 3 kg cake, even though my requirement was for smaller cake . Excuse given was that cake i chose can't be made smaller, after seeing the cake it clear that this was deliberately done to push higher sale. The store guy was impolite, ill-behaved & rude.. A very disappointing experience. Would recommend to try out other better options avoid this one.
